You can request a cancellation of a purchase or a refund to your account within 24 hours from the date of payment, provided that you have not started watching / listening to the purchased video course / audio meditation and have not downloaded the corresponding files.

You can request a cancellation of a purchase or a refund to your account at any time before the start of the live stream. After the start of the online broadcast, regardless of the presence of the client at the online event (webinar), the service is considered to be of high quality and the payment will not be returned.
Return conditions
To make a return, you must send a message to the email address info@higherselfrequest.com, in which you indicate your full name, the name of the paid product / service and the reason for the return.
Application processing time is usually no more than 24 hours.
In a response letter, depending on the payment method you have chosen, we may ask you to provide additional data to process the return.
The refund is carried out immediately after consideration of your application or after receiving additional data from you by crediting funds to the bank card (electronic wallet) with which the payment was made.
